In our previous mailing we announced that The Wedding Present would be playing on the Isle Of Wight as part of this year’s ‘Bestival’ in September. We are now pleased to tell you about another festival appearance. The band will be headlining the ‘Indietracks’ Festival on July 26th. This unique event takes place on a 1950s steam railway in Derbyshire, England and as well as being able to watch over forty bands [including our old friends Ballboy and Darren Hayman from Hefner] festival goers will be allowed unlimited rides on the steam railway over the weekend and full access to the railway attractions. The event takes place at the Swanwick Junction station site of the Midland Railway Butterley, Ripley, Derbyshire.
